美國擬啟用“機器人會計師”監管違規

美國企業的首席財務官們要留神了：機器人會計師不久將會監視你的工作。

美國證交會(SEC)正在部署一種電腦化工具，旨在針對公開上市公司的可疑會計操作發出自動警示。

該監管機構計劃今年將這一早期預警系統投入運行，表示將挖掘上市公司通過年報等正式申報文件不斷提交的“海量信息”。

這套工具是迄今對計算機可讀的XBRL標籤的最大膽使用之一，此類標籤正越來越多地被附加在財務數據上，使企業之間的對比更為簡便。

SEC風險、戰略及金融創新部門主任克雷格•路易斯(Craig Lewis)表示，展開這套系統還需要大約9個月，儘管它也有可能更快到位。

所用的數據挖掘軟件在一定程度上是基於SEC開發的一種模型，該模型用於篩查對沖基金回報率，以探測馬多夫(Madoff)式欺詐的跡象。

該軟件的會計版本將分析一家公司是否在應計項目（非現金項目，可能受到管理層的操縱）等領域“出格”。

可能亮起紅燈的其它因素包括：表外交易的比例偏高，頻繁更換審計師，以及推遲發布盈利報告。
