1969年上半年，CMU 與瑞典的 Gothenburg 大學在瑞典的Aspenäs 合開類似"電腦競賽與企業管理"會議*。
聊天時，談到剛創始的諾貝爾經濟學獎 (許多人認為，經濟學家與物理學等科學獎德主同台受獎，褻瀆諾貝爾獎......)。
瑞典的主要與會者，商業經濟學家 (business economist) Walter Goldberg** 轉向H. A. Simon 說，"You will receive the prize within ten years."
