理查．塞勒（Richard H. Thaler）

任教芝加哥大學商業研究所，是行為經濟學創始人，也是歐巴馬經濟政策的幕後推手，被美國國家公共電臺譽為「行為經濟學之父」。身為歐巴馬「夢幻競選團隊」最重要的經濟顧問，塞勒索提出決策者應該為民眾設計友善的「選擇環境」的主張，也被經濟學界視為未來的政策趨勢。
