一 九三九年生於香港，是著名報人成舍我之女。哥哥是前中國人大副委員長成思危。曾先後在北京、香港、台灣及美國受中、英文教育，生前為美國洛杉磯加州大學 （UCLA）社會學系榮休教授、世新大學講座教授兼舍我紀念館館長、《台灣立報》社社長、傳記文學出版社社長；台灣《破報週刊》、東南亞語刊物《四方 報》、世新大學「社會發展研究所」創辦人。■
